Yes, all customers will be assigned new account numbers effective August 10, 2026. Your NEW account number removes the “ES” and replaces it with a “1”. The BILL-TO, now called a “SOLD TO” is the main customer number. The SHIP-TO is specific to the location. Our customer service team will help you to determine your new SHIP-TO numbers.

ABC Hospital
OLD: Bill to: ES00003294
NEW: Bill to/Sold to: 10003294
ABC Hospital – New York
OLD: Ship to: ES00030001
NEW: Ship to: 30001
If you currently use GHX – this change in ACCOUNT numbers will be automatically transitioned for you.
EDI/GHX, email, phone, and fax. Spectrum Vascular also accepts credit card payments for a 2.7% fee, which is variable based on Spectrum Vascular’s charges.
None. All open orders at the time of cutover will be migrated over to our new ERP platform.
