Yes, all customers will be assigned new account numbers effective August 10, 2026. This NEW account number is just the last 5 numbers of your OLD account number. The BILL-TO is the main customer number. The SHIP-TO is specific to the location.
EXAMPLE:
ABC Hospital
OLD: Bill to: ES0010200
NEW: Bill to: 10200
ABC Hospital – New York
OLD: Ship to: ES0010300
NEW: Ship to: 10300
If you currently use GHX – this change in ACCOUNT numbers will be automatically transitioned for you.
EDI/GHX, email, phone, and fax. Spectrum Vascular also accepts credit card payments for a 2.7% fee, which is variable based on Spectrum Vascular’s charges.
None. All open orders at the time of cutover will be migrated over to our new ERP platform.
