How can I find out more about Spectrum Vascular?

Spectrum Vascular acquired the Cook Medical vascular access products including central venous catheters (CVC), pressure monitoring catheters, intraosseous needles, and other related products in 2023 and AngioDynamics PICC, midline and tip location products in 2024.
What products are affected by the transition?
The affected products are:
- Cook Medical: Central venous catheters (CVC), pressure monitoring catheters, intraosseous needles, and other related products.
- AngioDynamics: PICC, midline, and tip location products.
Will product numbers or packaging change?
No. All product numbers, packaging, and labeling will be maintained to support a seamless transition.
When will I need to order from Spectrum Vascular?
- The transition of AngioDynamics product took place May 1, 2025.
- The transition of Cook Medical products will take place on June 2, 2025.
How do I contact Spectrum Vascular Customer Service?
What steps should I take to ensure uninterrupted service in preparation for ordering from Spectrum Vascular?
To ensure uninterrupted service, please email [email protected] with forms or instructions on establishing Spectrum Vascular as a vendor for your facilities or contact your local sales representative.
If any, how will open orders be managed after the transition? Will customers need to reissue purchase orders for open orders?
AngioDynamics Product:
- Any orders from AngioDynamics that were not shipped by April 30, 2025 were canceled by AngioDynamics. The customer will need to place a new PO with Spectrum Vascular.
Cook Medical Product:
- If you placed an order with Cook that remains open after June 2, 2025, Cook will fulfill that order and deliver and bill for that product. You should not need to do anything for these orders.
- Starting June 2, 2025, all new product orders will ship from Spectrum Vascular. If you have any order-related questions throughout the transition, please work with your Spectrum Vascular representative.
What is the order minimum?
If the total order value is less than $500, there is a $9.95 MNOF (i.e. Minimum Order Fee) charge.
Should I proactively place bulk purchases to ensure my health system’s inventory is unaffected before the transition?
No. Cook and Spectrum Vascular will work together to manage appropriate inventory levels. The best option is to work with your Spectrum Vascular representative to forecast your needs accurately.
